Besides the moral values, the poetry, and the philosophy of the book, “Don Quixote de la Mancha” has being an inspiration for the most genius composers, directors and performers that have create beautiful works of art in world of the MUSIC for the last 400 years.
Composers as Jules Massenet, Maurice Ravel, Richard Strauss, Telleman, Ludwing Minkus, Manuel de Falla, etc. , created masterpieces such as:
Symphonies, Operas, Operettas, Zarzuelas, Ballets, Orchestral Suites, Minuets, Walse, Theatre Musicals, Dramatic Cantatas, Piano Sonatas, Violin Concertos, Arias, Serenates, Wind Ensembles, Chamber Music, etc.
